Sebastian Sabal-Bruce was born and raised in Santiago de Chile.
At a young age he started helping his father, a renowned portrait photographer.
After graduating from Fine Arts and Theatre, Sebastian started writing and directing plays in Santiago, later on he moved to Spain to finish his Master’s degree.
Sebastian started photographing staged scenes with dancers and actors. His images caught the eye of magazines and fashion brands, who then commissioned him for diverse projects.
In 2016 he got sponsored to move to New York, the cross-over between his theatre background and fashion gave him a whole new world of possibilities in print and video work.
Sebastian lives in New York City.
